These terms and conditions govern your use of the “imasup” application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by BoboDev. Please use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Agreement to these Terms of Use)
- Users may use the Service upon agreeing to the Terms of Use.
- When a user downloads the Service to an information terminal and goes through the procedures for agreeing to these Terms of Use, a contract of use in accordance with the various provisions of these Terms of Use shall be established between the user and the Company.
- If the user is a minor, please obtain the consent of a person with parental authority or other legal representative before using the Service.
- In the event that a minor user uses the Service by falsely claiming to have the consent of a legal representative even though he/she does not have such consent, by falsely claiming to be of legal age, or by using other fraudulent means to make the user believe that he/she is of legal capacity, all legal acts related to the Service cannot be revoked.
- If a user who was a minor at the time of agreeing to these Terms of Use uses the Service after reaching the age of majority, such user will be deemed to have ratified all legal acts related to the Service.
Article 2 (Modification of Terms)
- BoboDev may revise the Terms of Use at any time without obtaining the consent of the user, and the user agrees to accept such revisions without objection.
- When BoboDev revises the Terms, BoboDev will notify the User of the revisions in a manner prescribed by BoboDev.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
BoboDev prohibits the following acts when using the Service. If BoboDev deems that a user has violated any of the prohibitions, BoboDev may temporarily suspend the use of the Service, terminate the user’s membership, or take any other action that BoboDev deems necessary.
- infringes the intellectual property rights of BoboDev or any third party
- Acts that defame or slander the reputation or credibility of BoboDev or third parties, or that unfairly discriminate against or slander BoboDev or third parties.
- Other than the above, actions that BoboDev deems inappropriate
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
- BoboDev shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from changes in the content, interruption, or termination of this service.
- BoboDev is not involved in, and assumes no responsibility for, the user’s environment for using the Service.
- The provisions of Paragraph 1 through the preceding paragraph shall not apply in the event that BoboDev is willful or grossly negligent or that the contract falls under the category of consumer under the Consumer Contract Act.
- Even if the preceding paragraph applies, BoboDev shall not be liable to compensate for any damage caused to a user due to negligence (excluding gross negligence). BoboDev shall not be liable to compensate for any damages arising from special circumstances among the damages caused to the user by acts due to the user’s negligence (excluding gross negligence).
- In the event that BoboDev is liable for damages in connection with the use of the Service, BoboDev shall be liable for damages up to the amount of app purchases received from the user in the month in which the relevant damages occurred.
Article 5 (How to contact BoboDev)
Users’ communications and inquiries to BoboDev regarding the Service shall be sent to the designated e-mail address in the Contact Us section of the Service or by a method separately designated by BoboDev.
Article 6 (Governing Law; Court of Jurisdiction)
- The validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Any controversy, lawsuit, or other dispute between BoboDev and a user, etc. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court, depending on the amount of the suit.
Article 7 (Termination of Service)
- BoboDev may terminate the Service by giving notice to the User in an appropriate manner.
- Users agree without objection in advance that if the Service is terminated, they will lose all rights to use app updates for bug fixes, etc., and in some cases, the app itself will no longer be available.
- BoboDev shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user or any third party resulting from the termination of this service for any cause whatsoever.
