本プライバシーポリシーは、bobodev（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「IMASUP」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

  1. 本アプリによる情報の収集について
    本アプリは、原則として次の情報を収集しません（第2節の試用アンケートでユーザーが送信した場合を除く）。
    ・ユーザーの氏名、連絡先その他の個人情報
    ・キーボード入力の内容
    ・本アプリが開いたファイルの内容およびファイル名等の情報

また、画像の PDF 変換処理にあたり、画像データを当方のサーバー等へ外部送信しません。変換は原則としてユーザーの端末上で行われます。

  1. 試用中アンケートについて
    本アプリを Microsoft Store の試用版として利用している場合、変換完了後に「使ってみてどうですか？」と伺うことがあります。ユーザーが選択肢を選び、送信（または購入案内へ進む操作）をしたときに限り、次の情報を当方のサーバー（bobo-dev.com）へ送信することがあります。

・選択した回答の番号
・ユーザーが任意で入力したコメント（空欄可。画像やファイル名の記載は不要です）
・本アプリのバージョン
・本アプリ内でカウントした変換操作の回数
・回答日時
・回答の再送のために本アプリが端末上で生成した識別子（インストール単位の ID）

送信しないもの:
・氏名、連絡先、Microsoft アカウント
・変換対象の画像データ、ファイルの内容、ファイルパス、ファイル名
・PC 名その他の端末名

利用目的:
・試用中の利用感の把握および本アプリの改善
・購入希望の案内（Microsoft Store の製品ページへの誘導）

回答は必須ではありません。「また後で」を選ぶと、後でもう一度表示されることがあります。オフラインのときは送信を端末に一時保存し、次にインターネットに接続した状態で本アプリを起動したときに送信を試みます。

当方は、上記の情報を広告配信、第三者への販売、ユーザーの特定を目的としたプロファイリングには利用しません。受信した回答は、当方の管理画面上でのみ確認し、一般公開はしません。

  1. Microsoft Store / Windows 経由の診断情報について
    本アプリを Microsoft Store 経由で配布している場合、Microsoft および Windows の仕組みにより、診断データの共有に同意した端末について、クラッシュ等の品質・安定性に関する診断情報（Error Reporting Data / App Analytics Data 等）が収集され、Partner Center 等を通じて当方に提供されることがあります。

この情報には、個人を直接特定する氏名・連絡先は通常含まれません。ただし、端末や環境に関する技術情報が含まれる場合があります。

当方は、当該情報を次の目的に限り利用します。
・本アプリの不具合の調査および修正
・互換性・品質の改善

当該情報を、上記以外の目的（広告、ユーザーの特定、第三者への販売等）には利用しません。Microsoft から個人情報に該当しうる情報が提供された場合は、Microsoft Store の開発者向け契約および適用法令に従い、適切に取り扱います。

なお、診断データの共有の可否は、Windows の設定（診断データ／プライバシー関連の設定）により、ユーザー側で管理できます。

    当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページに施行日を明示して掲載します。改定後のポリシーは、掲載された施行日から効力を生じます。

This Privacy Policy describes how bobodev (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the IMASUP application (“the App”).

  1. Information we do not collect through the App
    As a general rule, this app does not collect the following information (except where users submit it via the trial survey in Section 2):
  • Personal information such as name or contact details
  • Keyboard input
  • Contents or names of files opened by the App

Image-to-PDF conversion does not send image data to our servers. Conversion is performed on the user’s device.

  1. Trial feedback survey
    If you use a Microsoft Store trial of the App, we may ask “How was imasup?” after a conversion finishes. Only when you choose an option and send it (or proceed to the purchase guidance) may the App send the following to our server (bobo-dev.com):
  • The selected answer number
  • An optional comment you type (may be empty; you do not need to include file names or image contents)
  • App version
  • The number of conversion operations counted in the App
  • Timestamp of the answer
  • An install-scoped identifier generated on the device for reliable retransmission

We do not send:

  • Your name, contact details, or Microsoft account
  • Image data, file contents, file paths, or file names
  • PC name or similar device names

Purposes:

  • Understand trial experience and improve the App
  • Guide purchase intent to the Microsoft Store product page

The survey is optional. Choosing “Ask me later” may show it again later. If you are offline, the answer is stored temporarily on the device and we try to send it the next time you start the App while online.

We do not use this information for advertising, sale to third parties, or profiling to identify you. Received answers are visible only in our private admin and are not publicly listed.

  1. Diagnostic information via Microsoft Store / Windows
    When the App is distributed through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft and Windows may collect diagnostic information related to app quality and stability (such as Error Reporting Data and App Analytics Data) from devices whose users have chosen to share diagnostic data, and may provide that information to us through Partner Center or similar tools.

This information typically does not include a user’s name or contact details. It may include technical information about the device or environment.

We use such information only to:

  • Investigate and fix bugs
  • Improve compatibility and quality

We do not use it for advertising, to identify individual users, or to sell it to third parties. If information that may constitute personal information is provided by Microsoft, we will handle it in accordance with the Microsoft Store developer agreement and applicable laws.

Users can manage diagnostic data sharing in Windows privacy / diagnostic settings.
