本プライバシーポリシーは、bobodev（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「IMASUP」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

  1. 本アプリによる情報の収集について
    本アプリおよび当方は、次の情報を本アプリ経由で収集しません。
    ・ユーザーの氏名、連絡先その他の個人情報
    ・キーボード入力の内容
    ・本アプリが開いたファイルの内容およびファイル名等の情報

また、画像の PDF 変換処理にあたり、画像データを当方のサーバー等へ外部送信しません。変換は原則としてユーザーの端末上で行われます。

  1. Microsoft Store / Windows 経由の診断情報について
    本アプリを Microsoft Store 経由で配布している場合、Microsoft および Windows の仕組みにより、診断データの共有に同意した端末について、クラッシュ等の品質・安定性に関する診断情報（Error Reporting Data / App Analytics Data 等）が収集され、Partner Center 等を通じて当方に提供されることがあります。

この情報には、個人を直接特定する氏名・連絡先は通常含まれません。ただし、端末や環境に関する技術情報が含まれる場合があります。

当方は、当該情報を次の目的に限り利用します。
・本アプリの不具合の調査および修正
・互換性・品質の改善

当該情報を、上記以外の目的（広告、ユーザーの特定、第三者への販売等）には利用しません。Microsoft から個人情報に該当しうる情報が提供された場合は、Microsoft Store の開発者向け契約および適用法令に従い、適切に取り扱います。

なお、診断データの共有の可否は、Windows の設定（診断データ／プライバシー関連の設定）により、ユーザー側で管理できます。

This Privacy Policy describes how bobodev (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the IMASUP application (“the App”).

  1. Information we do not collect through the App
    The App and bobodev do not collect the following through the App:
  • Personal information such as name or contact details
  • Keyboard input
  • Contents or names of files opened by the App

Image-to-PDF conversion does not send image data to our servers. Conversion is performed on the user’s device.

  1. Diagnostic information via Microsoft Store / Windows
    When the App is distributed through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft and Windows may collect diagnostic information related to app quality and stability (such as Error Reporting Data and App Analytics Data) from devices whose users have chosen to share diagnostic data, and may provide that information to us through Partner Center or similar tools.

This information typically does not include a user’s name or contact details. It may include technical information about the device or environment.

We use such information only to:

  • Investigate and fix bugs
  • Improve compatibility and quality

We do not use it for advertising, to identify individual users, or to sell it to third parties. If information that may constitute personal information is provided by Microsoft, we will handle it in accordance with the Microsoft Store developer agreement and applicable laws.

Users can manage diagnostic data sharing in Windows privacy / diagnostic settings.
